WHERE IS JEKYLL ISLAND?

Turn right onto HWY 341.  Go about 5-6 miles down to Downtown Brunswick.  At the second light, Gloucester St., make a left.  Go straight down Gloucester St. until you reach HWY 17.  Make a right onto HWY 17 and go over the Sidney Lanier Bridge.  At the bottom of the bridge, you will see the entrance sign to Jekyll Island immediately on your left.

WHERE IS THE JACKSONVILLE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT?

Go out to the main light on HWY 341 and make a left.  Turn left at the second light, which is Butler Rd.  Merge onto GA-405 S/I-95S.  Take Duval Rd, Exit 363, toward Jacksonville International Airport.  Merge onto FL-102W toward the airport.  FL-102W turns into Yankee Clipper Dr.

HOW FAR ARE WE FROM THE BEACHES?

We are about 20-25 minutes from the beaches on either St. Simons Island or Jekyll Island.  St. Simons has a smaller beach that has more of a tourist population.  Jekyll Island is a more natural beach and is less crowded.  There is a fee of $5 to park on Jekyll.

WHERE IS A GOOD ITALIAN RESTAURANT?

Turn right at the second light onto 341/New Jesup.  Go about 5 miles to Downtown Brunswick.  At the second light, Gloucester St., turn left.  Drive about 2 miles and turn left onto HWY 17.  Causeway for St. Simons is at the next light.  Take a right onto F.J. Torras Causeway.  Go straight for 2 miles on Demere.  Nazzaro’s will be on the right in the Winn Dixie Plaza.

WHERE IS THE NEAREST AUTO PARTS STORE?

O’Reilly’s Auto Parts
Turn right onto HWY 341.  Go about 1 mile and you will see O’Reilly’s Auto Parts store on the right across the street from Hardee’s.

WHERE IS THE LOCAL AIRPORT?

Glynco Jetport
Go to I-95N and drive to Exit 38, about 2 miles North.  Take the first left to Glynco Parkway.  Go straight through your first traffic light and turn left onto Connole St.  Make a slight right on Connole St. and Glynco Jetport will be on the left.

HOW CAN I GET TO THE NEAREST WAL-MART?

Turn left at the light onto 341/New Jesup HWY.  Turn right onto I-95N.  Take Exit 38, and make a right onto Golden Isles Parkway.  At the 4th light, Altama Conn, make a left.  Wal-Mart will be on your right.

WHERE IS THE ST.SIMONS PIER?

Turn right at the light onto 341/New Jesup HWY.  Go 5 miles into Downtown Brunswick.  At the second light, Gloucester St., turn left and go 2 miles.  Turn left onto HWY 17.  Causeway for St. Simons is at the next light.  Take a right onto F.J. Torras Causeway.  Merge right onto King’s Way.  Go straight for about 2 miles until you reach the shops.  Make a right to park at the Pier.
